Testimonials

We're proud of our feedback from parents, carers and professional bodies.

"I have been very happy with  West Kirby School and College. My son started year 6 and is now going in to post 16. Staff are very friendly and approachable, it feels very much like  a family  atmosphere. You feel involved with decision making they also have parents coffee mornings so you can meet other parents.  The pastoral care team are brilliant at building up trust with the pupils and enabling them to have the confidence to talk openly. School likes to promote independence whenever possible. There is lots of opportunity to explore the community going the shops, the beach, cafes or attending  golf, swimming, adventure dock to name a few on Fridays for their weekly activity day. They have  small classes, a SALT team to help with socialising, dyslexia programs, sensory rooms and will even have chickens!"  Parent

This parent emailed us with feedback about her son, who left us in Summer 2020. Due to the Covid situation the transition was limited and pupils faced a bigger challenge on starting new provisions. "My son is doing really well at college and looks forward to every week. Last week he actually sent me pictures of his practical work! He's never been one to show me his work before. I'm so relieved at how well he's settled in. And thank you." Parent
