Employee Benefits

Being part of our staff team

"Changing children's lives"

We're proud of our school and the benefits it brings to our young people. We believe all members of staff play an important part in what makes our school unique and our amazing team is what makes us a school that believes in 'changing children's lives'

Staff here describe the team as 'family' and being part of this team is something our staff value.

Our relationships with our young people we believe are unique. We get involved with our pupils and enjoy playing an active part, not just in learning but in all activities; wellbeing adventures, World Book Day, the end of year Talent Show, sports day, arts & theme days and trips out. Developing this trust, understanding and connection with pupils is key to them achieving their potential and also their positive mental health and wellbeing.

  • "We are a very caring school which supports pupils throughout their whole time"
  • "Family like atmosphere"
  • "Nurturing"
  • "Friendly and caring"
  • "Compassionate"
  • "Each pupil is valued as an individual"
  • "Motivating"
  • "Positive relationships"
  • "Empowering pupils"
