Storm predicted for tomorrow - Currently, WKS will be open, but please check your phone/email or the school website by 8am as we may need to change this.
Dear Parents/Carers,
As you will be aware there is a storm predicted for tomorrow (Friday) am.
Storm 'Eunice' is expected to come across from the west, over Wales and across the UK.
Eunice is predicted to be feisty and some areas of the South West and South West Wales are being given a red warning. Schools in Flintshire and Wrexham are closed and transport will not operate from those areas.
Currently, WKS will be open, but please check your phone/email or the school website by 8am as we may need to change this.
We are working with your local transport provider to make sure they know we are open. They may make a decision tomorrow NOT to transport your child to school. This will be for safety reasons.
