Pupil empowerment at West Kirby School & College
At West Kirby School and College, our Pupil Empowerment programme supports the personal development of pupils through opportunities such as Pupil Voice and the Pupil Ambassador team.
Pupil Voice
The Pupil Voice team brings together representatives from across the school—Primary, Secondary, and Post 16—giving students the chance to discuss issues that matter to them.
Pupils are encouraged to:
-
Lead and contribute ideas for change
-
Provide feedback on proposals from Senior Leadership
Through Pupil Voice, students develop important skills in democracy, teamwork, leadership, social communication, and confidence, all within a safe and supportive environment.
Celebrating Our New Pupil Ambassadors
