Price Lead: Miss Roberts

PRICE Training is an organisation with an accredited programme under the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) PI accreditation scheme.

West Kirby School use the PRICE Training programme, led by our internal team of accredited trainers. This staff training focuses on positive behaviour support and Physical Intervention using positive approaches to behaviour, diffusion and de-escalation techniques. 

Within our Pastoral Care team, staff are specialists in Positive Behaviour Support, Diffusion and De-escalation and Risk Assessments. Led by Miss Roberts, they work with the education staff and provide valuable support for the wellbeing and safety our pupils; also providing specialist regular internal staff training staff across the school. 

PRICE is also part of our external training we are able to extend to our local education community
