We are situated in the small seaside town of West Kirby, with access to a wide range of cultural and leisure activities in Wirral, North Wales and Liverpool. We offer educational and residential provision for children and young people from 5-19, with a range of complex social communication difficulties and associated learning needs, that significantly impact on the learning of young people including:
- Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Autistic Spectrum Disorders
- other individualised needs of the young people.
West Kirby School and College offers flexible residential care provision, based on and offsite, which is fully integrated into the school.
The school strives to allow each pupil to reach their potential and more by exposing them to a dynamic and creative curriculum in a supportive and structured environment promoting independence and confidence.
As a pupil your child would benefit from dedicated staff throughout the school whose commitment to student progress and achievement is unsurpassed. Extra curricular activities also play a huge part of the school's ethos and cover a diverse range of skills and experiences both in and out of school.
